*i am yet to blog about my very first canadian raya experience. sebab raya belum habis lagi (one month raya)
i have no idea if there is anyone in ottawa who knows its my birthday today in malaysia and just in 4 more hours in canada.
hmm.
currently: in kak awin's room and using her gorgeous macbook air to blog about my (hopefully) not so sappy birthday.
malaysia belum wish lagi. yeh. malaysia as in mama, abah, afiq and who ever else that is important in my life. i am going to be super positive and just gonna assume that they will wish me in canadian time. tengok lah. tengok lah.
there are only very few birthdays that i remember. let me just list them from my least to most favourite ones:
3. (age: 15) the birthday when i got sick. i think i was in form 3 when i (hahaha) got a fever on my freaking birthday! dah start rasa pelik the day before and so decided to not come to school the next day. surprisingly, my damansara bffs came to my house and brought me presents :) mama did not work that day jugak. cant really remember why tho. mama cooked those swirlly macaronies :) i remembered yoong ying gave me a necklace and a pair of earrings. she out of all people gave me the most feminin stuff! god bless you my anime sensei. leni gave me (without fail) a necklace. sadly, i didnt wear them anymore (sbb tak bawak datang sini) and i can assure you its in mira's posessions right now. i still remember leni's very first birthday gift to me: a pajama :D i love her so much <3 meen was there, syirul was there too of course.
2. (age: 19) my first birthday in canada :D ayu and everyone cooked for me. telur goreng and ayam masak kicap never tasted so good that night one year ago hahaha. thank you guys <3
1. (age: 18) syirul bought me a teddy bear and mcnuggets. i blog all about it. i miss you bro.
and now, here i am, in kak awin's room. we ate her pizzahut leftovers tadi. thats a birthday dinner enough to make me happy alright :D tengok lah esok kalau keluar mesti shopping macam orang gila sebab nak hilangkan stress. stress ke? tak...
maybe ill stay until midnight and let kak awin know that its my birthday. hahaha, sedih nya.
and just to spice things up, ill deactivate my facebook and twitter account especially for my birthday :D hahaha. i have this thing about people wishing me on my birthday, especially on public places like that. karang bila keluar newsfeed nanti semua nak wish. i mean, thank you for that kind gesture guys (but if you give me a "hb", go to hell). i want my birthday to be super special, and very personal. i mean, its just one day right? i can decide to do what ever what i want with it kan? and i dont even display my birthday on facebook. biarlah people wonder when it is. and if you really care that much, you'll care enough to put in your calender to wish me. kan?
so yeah. this is what ill do each year. and this year is kinda a bit special because ill be turning 20 :) that two decades of living in this beautiful earth. alhamdulillah, Allah dah kasi macam2 dah so far in my life: friends, enemies, people to hate to remind me of important things in life, family, canada, all my examinations achievements.. alhamdulillah :D (tadi boleh pulak terlupa ill be turning 20 or 21)
so plan dia esok: urban outfitters, st laurent, movie? kemas rumah (beli alas kaki for toilet) *its so frustrating that it seems that youre the only one that cares about the hygienic conditions of your house.*
kalaulah my phone company kasi free call worldwide as a birthday present. hmm. bestnyaaaaa
happy birthday aisha shareen. you 19 years of life so far is so blessed. jangan repeat mistake "yang itu" lagi. now, youre engaged with your studies, your friends and especially your family. may the next 2 decades of your life will be used to improve your life as a better muslimah. amin... :)
